High Wycombe is located in the Shire of Kalamunda, 18 kilometres east of Perth.
It is a residential area which has a population of about 11,000 and covers 14.2 square kilometres.
Perth Airport is located to the west, Maida Vale and the Darling Scarp is to the east. The industrial area of Hazelmere is to the north, and Forrestfield is to the south.
Kalamunda Road passes through the area from the noth west to the south east. Roe Highway is located on the south eastern border and Hill View Public Golf Course is located to the east of the highway.
