Goomalling is a town located in the Wheatbelt region 132 kilometres (90
minutes drive) north east of Perth.
A small town of 500 with another 500 people living in the shire, which is primarily a broadacre cropping district where wheat, canola and other grains are the main source of income.
A Community Cinema was launched in 2010 and a community market garden is planned, which will supply fresh produce to residents and provide a point of interest for visitors.
