Adding Value to Our Community
Fremanshed Inc is a “Not for Profit” organisation evolving from an idea that men in the Fremantle area could benefit from having a “tooled up” shared shed facility to work on projects- their own or community projects.
Currently we operate a woodwork facility, a metal work facility and a computer bank.
Our aims are to-
Provide a metal and wood workshop space for men of all ages to do projects that can benefit both themselves and the community.
Link men in the community to services and support structures to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Foster, develop & expand men's social and educational networks.
The shed is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays 9.30am – 3.30pm – Saturdays 9.30am and Tuesday evenings 5.30-8.00pm
The Shed also is involved in supporting a variety of community organisations and initiatives and members are welcome to volunteer to help out at times.
The Shed is run by a committee of management who determine activities that we undertake.
For further information please contact the Shed and ask for
Alan, Paul, Rob or Brian.
