Belhus
Belhus is located along the banks of the Swan River within the City of Swan, and some 28 kilometres north east of Perth.
It is a rural area with a resident population of only about 300 and located within the beautiful Swan Valley, in which wineries and farms dominate the landscape, and the scenery rivals any found in the state.
The Swan River meanders through the area from Bells Rapids to its junction with Ellenbrook and beyond, Ellenbrook itself curves through the northern part of the area before joining the river at a location close to the tiny All Saints Church.
The Great Northern Highway runs north-south through the area, and West Swan Road runs off to the south west.
A number of parks and reserves line the riverbanks, these include Bells Rapids Park and Pullman Park which each provide tranquil resting places near the river.
