Baskerville



Baskerville is located 31 kilometres north east of Perth in the City of Swan.

The area consists of a narrow strip of rural land located to the east of the Swan River, and measuring approximately 800 metres north-south by 7.5 km east-west.

Haddrill Road runs east-west  through the area and the Great Northern Highway runs north-south. The western boundary is formed by the Swan River as it meanders through the Swan Valley. Bells Rapids Park is located nearby to the north east on the Swan River. The northern boundary is formed by Cathedral Avenue, while to the east is Joshua Mews Bushland and Wandoo Heights Nature Reserve. Susannah Brook forms the southern boundary.
