Alexander Heights
Alexander Heights is a modern suburb most of which was constructed during the 1990's. It is located 14 kilometres north of Perth, within the City of Wanneroo.
Approximately 8,000 people live in the area, which is positioned on both sides of Alexander Drive, between Hepburn Avenue to the north and Marangaroo Drive to the south. A shopping centre is located on the corner of Mirrabooka Avenue & Griffon Way..
Public open space in the area includes Highview Park, Ian Robbins Park, Alexander Heights Park, Northridge Park and Lemongrass Park. Koondoola Regional Bushland is located nearby, to the south of Maragaroo Drive.
